* If you wish to order only one small item such as a yarn sample card or a pack of needle, we can send the item in a envelope. This is only possible upon your request. Please first write to us which item you wish to order, then we will send you an invoice with a correct shipping cost. Please note that the envelope shipping is not insured, therefore not eligible for return or exchange. Please order your item with a regular parcel shipping if you wish to receive a tracking number and insurance.

How we ship

Your ordered items are sent without plastic wrapping or filling material. Instead, we wrap with wrapping paper and pack carefully with filling material made of either paper or wood. Your parcel wiil be sent with DHL GoGreen, neutralised emissions during transport.
 

When we ship

We process and ship orders during our business hours. Your newly ordered items are ready for shipping normally at the latest one working day after receipt of payment. 

 

After we ship

As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an email from us with the information which lets you track the order status online. 
If you haven't received it after 2 - 3 days, please check your spam holder before contacting us.
