An important update regarding our shipping to the EU
Effective Aug. 12th, we will be temporarily pausing shipping to all EU countries, except for Germany.
We strongly support the initiative to control package recycling and reduce waste. However, complying with the new EU-wide Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations has become impossible for an independent business of our size. The regulations do not include any small-business exemptions or minimum volume thresholds. This means that whether we ship 5 packages or 500 packages to a specific country, the flat-rate registration and licensing fees remain identical.
Registering individually across every EU member state would cost us thousands of euros each year in overhead fees alone, which is simply unsustainable for us. We need to take a step back to review our logistics and look for realistic alternatives.

5.50 € ----- for purchase under 100.- € (regardless of size and weight, with insurance and shipment tracking number)

Ordering one pack of needles, one darning yarn card or other very small item and wish to receive it in an envelope?
Then please feel free to write to us which item you would like to order. If the size and weight of the item is within the criteria for letter or goods postage by German postal service (Deutsche Post), then it can be delivered in an envelope.
From 1.60 € ----- Envelope mailing cost without insurance and tracking
From 3.95 € ----- Envelope mailing cost with insurance and tracking
Processing time
It normally takes 1 - 2 working days to dispatch when every ordered item is in stock.
How we pack your order
Your ordered items are packed with recycled paper or wood wool without plastic wrapping or filling material. To reduce extra filling materials, we try to choose the smallest box.
Your parcel wiil be sent with DHL GoGreen (Climate neutral shipping)
When we dispatch
We process and dispatch your order during our business hours (Monday - Saturday 10 - 16). Your newly ordered items are ready for dispatch normally at the latest one working day after receipt of your payment.
After your order is dispatched
As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an shipping information with a tracking number per e-mail from us. This allows you to track your parcel's shipping status anytime on line. If you haven't received this email after 3 - 4 days, please check your spam holder before contacting us.
